DigitAquos started from a simple problem: swimming clubs lose far too much time on admin.
Spreadsheets, documents, WhatsApp groups, medical certificates, competition entries and training plans — all scattered across different places.
Razvan Oara grew up around the pool and has been swimming for over 10 years. He saw the problem from the inside — year after year, how much time is lost to spreadsheets, paperwork and information spread across all kinds of apps.
So he decided to build one place where a club could keep all of its activity together. DigitAquos is built in Romania, on European infrastructure, and it is made first of all for coaches, clubs and swimmers.
Today, DigitAquos brings training, athletes, documents, communication and health data into the same platform.
Less admin.
More time for the swimmers.
And it is not only for clubs. If you train on your own, you get the same planning, monitoring and health data tools — in one place, made for swimming.

Training, athletes, documents, communication and health data in the same platform, instead of five separate tools.
Already in daily use.
Structured onboarding, automatic document generation, medical certificate tracking, GDPR-aligned consent storage for minors and athletes.
Seasons. Mesocycles. Weekly plans. Individual workouts. Live session tracking. Structured progression, not static spreadsheets.
Direct integration with Garmin devices — Body Battery, stress levels, HRV, readiness metrics — contextualized for coaching decisions.
Built-in communication layer replacing fragmented messaging groups. Centralized, structured, archived.
Hosted club websites. Secure European hosting. Tested architecture. Built for long-term reliability, not quick demos.
Coaches should spend their time on the pool deck, not in spreadsheets.
From documents and medical certificates to training and progress — everything together.
No more dozens of apps and separate groups for everyday things.
Built with GDPR, federation requirements and the reality of European swimming clubs in mind.
The objective is clear: replace fragmented tools with a unified system. Enable coaches to focus on athlete development.
