Yes — club administration is free forever. No trial period, no credit card, no hidden costs. You get the dashboard, swimmer management, registration, compliance and communication, completely free. You only pay if you want the training layer (Club Pro) — plans, periodization and subscriptions.

Club Pro unlocks the training layer: the workout builder, periodized training plans and subscription management. Pricing starts at €15/month and depends on the number of active swimmers in the club. Management stays free — Club Pro is added only when you need it.

Swimmer Pro (€3.99/month per swimmer) is usually paid by the swimmer or their parent — these are their performance features: watch sync, health and statistics. The club can also activate it, individually or in bulk for a whole group, if it wants to include certain swimmers in plans. Don't confuse it with Club Pro: Club Pro (from €15/month) is the club's subscription for the training tools; Swimmer Pro is per swimmer, for their own data.

Nothing changes. They stay on the free Basic plan with attendance tracking, gamification and announcements, and can take part normally in all training sessions and club activities. A swimmer on Basic cannot, however, be included in Club Pro training plans — for that, along with watch sync and performance statistics, they need Pro.

No. Zero contracts. Zero commitments. You can use DigitAquos for as long as you want, and stop anytime. Swimmers on Pro can cancel monthly subscriptions anytime. Annual plans are also cancellable with no penalties.

The annual plan (€39/year) saves approximately 2 months compared to monthly billing (€3.99/month × 12 = €47.88). It's designed for committed swimmers who want year-round performance tracking at a better rate.

Yes. We provide full onboarding support to get your club set up. This includes account setup, swimmer imports, initial training sessions, and ongoing support. All included in the free platform.

No. The website add-on is completely optional. You get a hosted dashboard and registration system for free. The website is for clubs who want a public-facing site with custom branding, galleries, and content pages.
